22.01.2022 Some before and after photos as well as some construction pics of a fence we recently replaced in Caravonica with John Noble carpentry. As the posts were set in and left overnight, we moved and secured the existing fence temporarily 2 metres into the backyard to maintain privacy and security for the owner before demolishing upon completion of the new fence. A sleeper rail was installed along the entire length at the bottom of the new fence with the owners intention of later installing garden beds.

20.01.2022 Some down pipes recently installed at a Redlynch home. A patio roof that was added onto the house some years ago had been installed with inadequate drainage of a single down pipe directed onto the existing roof causing the gutters to overflow and damaging the soffits during heavy rain. The down pipe has been redirected down the back of the house into the stormwater drain and a second one also installed to hopefully alleviate the problem.

09.01.2022 Always fun locating blockages in stormwater pipes. This particular one had four seperate blockages from external tree roots and a total of 17 metres of tree roots removed from within.

08.01.2022 Due to the wild weather early in the year, the majority of works carried out in recent months have been repairs to damaged property. These are a few photos of some of the fence replacements we've carried out recently.
