24.04.2022 Matilda is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in the field of psychology, nursing and energetic healing. She has recently joined the healers at Seven Mirrors, sharing a room with the space’s naturopath. Matilda strongly believes that each person is unique and deserves to be treated holistically. Therefore, she enters each session with the foundation of marrying psychology with spirituality/ energetic pathways and opening the therapeutic space to other suitable ...therapies should this be brought to awareness in session. Personally, Matilda has a special interest in palliative care and end-of-life issues across the human lifespan, including death and dying, grief, negotiating losses, psychological impact of chronic life-limiting illnesses, and bereavement. She also has a special place in her heart for journeying with individuals who experience trauma, new migrant adjustment difficulties, life transitions and LGBTIQ issues. In her free time, Matilda enjoys practicing yoga, meditation, and spending time around animals and in nature. Matilda is blissfully adopted by two beautiful rescued cats who have journeyed with her through various transitions, and who remind her daily about the beauty of unconditional love and unconditional regard. 13.03.2022 How beautiful was the day today WOW what a way to welcome in spring. I was ever so lucky to spend half of it in the garden. I have an Introduction to Intuitive Herbalism workshop coming up on 12th September. We will explore tastes, energetics and plant based meditations to deepen your ability to tune into your herbs. I am super herbally energised after spending the weekend in Melbourne at a Matthew Wood workshop, back on Friday for another three days. I cant wait and then this Ballarat workshop and then off to the South Coast to teach herbs there the following weekend.
