20.01.2022 We’re a wholesaler of Turkish baklava and specify that in our dealings, not because we’re trying to prove baklava is Turkish but because we make it the Turkish way. All foods we eat today originated somewhere and it’s just a matter of how far you want to go back from the final product to determine which was the original and who made it first. I recall reading the famous diamond cut of the Turkish baklava was a contribution made by a French pastry chef that was in the employ of the sultan during the ottoman period.
