24.01.2022 Don't go paying $1.90 for one Feijoa (at Cole's ) We still have plenty of beautiful sized Feijoas, only a couple of weeks left of the Feijoa season, before you have to wait a whole year for your Feijoa fix!

10.01.2022 Well I can honestly say that we will all sleep really well tonight, that was another awesome evening, love seeing all of our customers, and watching our trees go home!

08.01.2022 FEIJOA AND APPLE CRUMBLE (My boys fight over this, they just can't get enough!! Feijoa and Apple Crumble Recipe... 4 Apples 1 Cup Water cup Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp Sugar 2 Cups of Feijoa Pulp Qtr and Slice Apples, place in pan with water, lemon juice, sugar and salt, cover and bring to boil. Turn down heat to simmer for couple of minutes. Add Feijoa pulp, stir, cover and cook for a couple of minutes. Drain some of the juice, and pour into ovenproof dish. Cup Plain flour Cup Rolled Oats Cup Ground Almonds Cup Brown Sugar 1 Tsp Ground Ginger 150g Cold Butter (grated) In a deep bowl mix flour, oats, ground almonds, brown sugar and ginger. Rub in butter until mixture is clumpy. Sprinkle crumble over the fruit in the ovenproof dish. Oven =180C, Cook for 20-25mins, until crumble is golden brown.

05.01.2022 FEIJOA MUFFINS This year I changed my recipe, it's quick and easy. Mix together... 100g Melted Butter 1/2 cup of Milk 1 Egg 250g Feijoa Pup In a separate bowl mix 2 cups of Self-Raising Flour 1 cup of Sugar Then combine both mixtures and spoon into Muffin cases, sprinkle with sugar, and cook (190c) until Golden Hope you enjoy as much as we do!!
