18.01.2022 As of Monday 30 March Sew Simple will change its opening hours to 10 am to 4.00 pm weekdays and 9.30am till 12 pm Saturday for the foreseeable future in response to the Corona Virius situation. Access to the shop will be restricted to one customer at a time and solial distancing rules must be complied with. The Front door will be locked with access via the doorbell on the right of the door. Sanitizer and gloves are available for use in store. Should you feel the need for a ma...sk please bring this with you. We intend to remain open for now, however, this may change at short notice due to Government requests. We realize this is a very stressful time for us all and these measures are for the safety and wellbeing of staff and customers alike. We have already implemented cleaning of all hard surfaces with Dettol as well as keypads, door handles, touch screens and machines in the service area. Sew Simple has already implemented the following practices in the store: Regularly disinfecting hard surfaces;... Hand washing multiple times each day. Hand sanitiser available at the front counter and wash rooms Monitoring and implementing advice from relevant authorities this includes shows we have currently booked. We will post if these shows are postponed or cancelled. Ensuring staff are healthy in this current crisis. Please note machines bought in for service will be disinfected before and after any work is done. All products can be ordered over the phone or by email and collected from the store or your car (yes we will bring them to out to you if required) . We will continue to trade and the store will be open for business please understand these measures have been taken to safeguard the health of our staff and customers alike.
