24.01.2022 MERIDIAN MASSAGE It has been known for some time that SFEF Meridian Massage had a beneficial effect on the whole body. The meridian massage in SFEF does differ from the meridian massage as performed in other kinesiologies due no doubt to the fact that the Endocrine system is also included in the massage. Another interesting point to arise was that Meridian Massage can also be used for many things other than time dislocation. In time dislocation the meridian massage has bee...n found beneficial to relocate the person into the time zone they are now in. It seems to reset the internal clock, and this also works with circadian time dysfunction. The Circadian Rhythm is about 25 hours and the day length is 24 hours. It is not surprising that every now and then an individual will feel out of time, or languid for no apparent reason. They may be getting plenty of rest and have not been experiencing many late nights. They may also be sleeping normally and not be suffering from such things as broken sleep. It will seem strange to them that they are feeling tired. Sometimes they will start investigating their diet thinking they may be lacking in vitamins proteins or something else. Strange as it may seem this could be normal for them. Their body clock is out of sync by about 60 minutes each day surprising as that may be and naturally a person does feel out of time every now and then as the body phases into and out of sync with natural time. Using the SFEF Meridian Massage has been found beneficial in resetting the body clock to normal time. In fact it probably would be a good practise to run your own meridians first thing each day. The meridian massage can be used for other problems as well such as aching type pains, or in some cases in actual pain relief. It is excellent in keeping the natural body energy in good running order and can be recommended for that. Often when students are learning SFEF Kinesiology they are moving so much energy during practise sessions, (particularly if these sessions are over periods of two days or more) that they can be blown away by the incredible amount of energy work. To overcome this situation it is normal practice to fit in a meridian massage at the end of a busy session which could be of one day or one 2 hour session. This always seems to clear the mind and wake the student up and keep them at the top of their attention and information absorbing ability, as well helping them to feel good. In these cases it is often considered good practice to blow the cobwebs away before they start the day. It is important to let the bio-computer select the meridian to start the massage with and the direction of the run. It also should be remembered that if you have a heavy session with a client a Meridian Massage will help ensure that the client does not have a healing crisis due to the amount energy work completed and will ground them perfectly so they feel wonderful when leaving.
