24.01.2022 This is nothing more than the Labor government pandering to their green mates and the UN, by doing everything they can, to progressively destroy Agriculture and... family farmers along with it, I hope the people in urban areas that vote either labor green or both, realise they are going to have to rely on rubbish imports for their food and clothing needs, and pay a lot more for it, if they continue to put these ingrates in power. What we have here is, a situation where some bureaucrat, who has no idea of the area concerned, shading a map and preventing that land to be used as it has been for decades, the only positive outcome is for the bureaucrat, this is a position justification exercise. Do these morons think that by suddenly banning a practice that has been occurring for decades, that it will have any noticeable positive effect on other species in the area, this locking up of country like this will create mono cultures and destroy bio diversity, the result, a reduction of species diversity. Labor's green appeasing and vote grabbing Native Vegetation laws are harming the environment, the sustainability of farming, the economy and our ability to be a self sufficient nation.

20.01.2022 Break the law, pay the price. Vote 1 SFFP

16.01.2022 Queensland Shooters, Fishers, Farmers and other concerned conservative people, do you want to have a SFFP candidate to vote for in your electorate in 2020? If s...o we need your help, we want you to choose your own representative from your local area, the state committee do not have the resources to cover the entire state, we need people to find potential candidates, or put their hand up to be one themselves. Candidates will have to have a local branch behind them, it only takes a minimum of 10 dedicated people to become QLD SFFP members and support a candidate, if people don’t get in and help, they can’t complain when they have no SFFP candidate in their electorate

16.01.2022 What has underwritten the so-called reform process tokenism, gaslighting, poor consultation, pandering to recreational and environment groups. This reform wi...ll undermine the viability of small businesses across Queensland amongst commercial fishers and the post-harvest sector (retailers, wholesalers). The reforms have been driven by green ideology, a fear of the political power of the recreational sector and a lack of respect for this industry. Remember, 2020 is an important year maybe a year of change.

09.01.2022 WHAT IS REALLY KILLING THE BLACK THROATED FINCH? We have all been subjected to the endless drivel coming from green groups as they attempt to demonise the Adani... Mine and highlight the negative effects it will have on the rare Black Throated Finch. Indeed, the Queensland Labor Government itself has used this finch to block the approval process for Adani. This is not the first time this Labor government has used the excuse of protecting rare and threatened plants and animals or the continued loss of biodiversity as a rationale to introduce legislation that limits the rights of Queenslanders to utilise our natural resources. In reality; if you peel back the latest spin to identify the biggest threat to the Black Throated Finch (and thousands of other native plants and animals) you will see a massive lie has been perpetrated by this Labor Government. So, what is the single most significant cause of extinctions of plants and animals in Queensland? Is it mining? No. Is it land clearing? No. Is it those evil farmers and their pesky methane emitting cows? No. It is broadscale agriculture or forestry? No. Well, it must be climate change or changes in land use that’s responsible for killing the poor Black Throated Finch? No. Well what about pollution? Again, no. In Queensland, and across our great nation, the most significant threat to our native species is. invasive plants and animals. Yep, feral cats have been devouring the poor Black Throated Finch since cats were introduced to Australia. Along with their counterpart the feral pig, cats and foxes have already hunted 22 of our native animals to extinction. These 3 invasive animals are responsible for a new tsunami of mass extinction of native animals in northern Australia, particularly in North Queensland. Australia is actually leading the world for the extinction of native mammals and invasive plants and animals are the biggest single contributor to this record. Nothing to be proud of; in fact, it gets worse. In Australia there are 1257 native plants and animals currently listed as threatened or endangered. In Australia, more than 260 invasive plants and animals will drive them to extinction. You would think that Queensland Government has recognised this threat from invasive species through the allocation of extensive resources to the destruction of these foreign invaders; especially in environmentally significant areas such as National Parks. Surprisingly, the answer is a resounding no. The total area of the protected estate in Queensland (National Parks, Reserves and Forest Estates) is 6.9 Million Hectares. And the Queensland Government spends less than 10 cents a hectare in controlling invasive pests across the protected estate. Now I will ask the same question again What is really killing the Black Throated Finch? Answer: The inadequacies of the Queensland Labor Government. 07.01.2022 Over the last few years farmers have faced one of the worst droughts in decades. This is our drought relief policy: Legislated drought assistance Freight... subsidies for farmers Drought prevention programs funding infrastructure like sheds, silos and stock fodder bunkers. If the government can spend $80 million to buy ghost water from a Cayman Island company, they can afford to give our farmers drought assistance. Vote 1 Shooters Fishers and Farmers Party

06.01.2022 Many of us are fishers too. So we must monitor this situation so we don't have lockout attempt like NSW.

05.01.2022 Queensland (and some interstate) 4WD owners will remember approximately 12 months ago when Queensland Police Service undertook Operation Lift, which was a polic...e training activity to target modified, high-lift 4WDs, and was intended to defect vehicles which were well outside the limits of Transport and Main Road's allowable modification standards. Many 4WD owners ended up with vehicle defect notices, including minor modified vehicles which were equipped with Electronic Stability Control (ESC). The early versions of TMR's Vehicle Standards Instruction G19.1 (Minor Modifications), stated vehicle lifts of 75mm were acceptable under self-certification, if the operation of ESC was not affected. However, later versions of VSI G19 were updated on the TMR website to say ESC vehicles are restricted to 50mm lift in suspension only, yet there was no communication to the 4WD community, general public, or a parliamentary review of these changes, and QPS were using the updated guidelines to defect vehicles, and in some cases, issue Type 2 Anti-Hooning offences or vehicle impoundment. While Mark Bailey MP updated the LS9 and LS10 suspension codes to allow a maximum 150mm lift for non-ESC vehicles, the lift was also increase to 75mm on ESC, however there were several years where ESC was 75, then 50, then back to 75, and 4WD owners were being retrospectively defected based on conflicting guidance from TMR, and QPS interpretation. TMR also gave AAAA verbal agreement that no enforcement action would be undertaken against vehicles which had ESC modifications, however this information appears not to have made its way to QPS, and people were still being defected. We also have in writing that TMR did not undertake ANY of their own ESC testing in order to change the LS9 and LS10 codes which Mark Bailey MP approved, yet every time we've approached TMR to discuss modifications on ESC equipped vehicles, the industry / community are expected by TMR to undertake extensive (and destructive) steering robot testing, which costs up to $50,000 per vehicle to ensure the ESC is not affected, and there is only one testing facility in Australia, located in Melbourne (Bosch). While we appreciate the change in position for ESC equipped vehicles up to 50mm increase in tyre diameter, 75mm remains the total lift for ESC equipped vehicles, as the exhaustive ESC steering robot testing is still mandated by TMR, and its not the same across all Australian states and territories. Transport and Main Roads have conceded that people should not have been defected for ESC equipped vehicles, and are willing to review all infringements / defect notices which were issued to 4WDs incorrectly, so they can be validated with QPS, and have the tickets cancelled. THIS IS NOT JUST FOR THE PERIOD OF OPERATION LIFT. So if you were given a ticket or defect notice for increasing tyre size in diameter up to 50mm on an ESC equipped 4WD, then email a copy of the infringement, or the infringement number to TMR Vehicle Standards at "[email protected]" and ask to have it reviewed for cancellation. If you were incorrectly given a ticket or defect notice for your ESC equipped 4WD, and you have already paid the fine, still email a copy of the infringement, or the infringement number to TMR Vehicle Standards at "[email protected]" and ask to have it reviewed, in order to have the infringement fine refunded in full, remove any demerit points on your license, and to remove the infringement from your list of driving offences. The unfortunate issue, is Traffic Infringements and Defect Notices don't always have the exact details written on them, and they may be vague, such as "Drive Defective Vehicle"... So while you may have been defected incorrectly for an ESC modification, QPS may dispute the reason they issued the ticket, if it doesn't say "Tyres on ESC 4WD are 44mm"... This is an issue we have raised with QPS previously, were tickets are not providing the correct information to drivers, in order to recall technical details for the infringement. If in doubt, still send in a copy of your infringement details to TMR Vehicle Standards so it can be formally reviewed. Unfortunately it has been left to 4WD Queensland Association to advise the general public and get the information disseminated, so please share and discuss amongst your communities / forums. #TimeToAlign #StopTheNannyState #WeVote 4WD Australia Association Four Wheel Drive Victoria 4WD NSW & ACT 4WD South Australia WA 4WD Association 4WD Tasmania Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association Department of Transport and Main Roads (Queensland) Queensland Police Service Qld 4x4 Refund Lift Fines Superior Engineering Shooters Fishers and Farmers Party LNP - Liberal National Party Queensland Labor Andrew Laming MP Steve Minnikin MP Trevor Watts Tim Nicholls MP Luke Howarth Nick Dametto MP Katter's Australian Party Mark Bailey MP - Labor for Miller Mark Ryan MP Deb Frecklington MP Don Brown MP Australian 4WD Action TJM 4x4 Equipped Opposite Lock 4WD & Vehicle Accessories ARB 4x4 Accessories Pat Callinan's 4x4 Adventures Roothy Roger Vickery 4wd TV Aussie 4WD

02.01.2022 What's at stake on 18 May 2019? A good question, we know a major party lead by Scott Morrison or Bill Shortern will lead government, that's a givern. Should it ...be a hung parliament heaven forbid Greens hold balance of power. We won't be part of that as we have no one standing as an MP. We do however have 2 candidates in the Senate. It's vital we have a good senate mix that does not involve major parties or Greens. The Senate is make or break for government legislation. Help us be a part of that to help preserve our lifestyle, our rural and cultural heritage. Vote 1 in Column W above the line in the ballot paper for the Senate in Qld. Help Jeff Hodges and Andrew Pope bring it home! Thanks, and remember "we've got your back"!
