18.01.2022 Cherry Ripple Cheesecake Need a dessert for Christmas? This is the perfect dessert for you and all made in a food processor INGREDIENTS... - 250g pkt Arnott’s Choc Ripple biscuits - 137g pkt Oreo Chocolate biscuits - 125g butter, melted - 250g cherries (pitted) - 2 tbs caster sugar - 500g cream cheese, softened - 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar - 3 Eggs - 180g white chocolate, melted, cooled slightly - 1 cup (280g) natural yoghurt - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream - Cherries, extra, to serve METHOD 1. Place the biscuits & butter in a food processor, blend until well combined. Press into a lined tin and refrigerate for half an hour. 2. Preheat to 150 degrees Celsius 3. Cook the cherries, 2 tbs sugar and 2 tbs on medium for 2 minutes, then high for 5 minutes until it has reduced by half, cool and blend until smooth. 4. Place the cream cheese & rest of the sugar in the food processor until smooth. Add the eggs and blend again. 5. Add the yoghurt, sour cream and vanilla essence, blend again. Add 3/4 of the cherry syrup and blend until smooth. 6. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the base. Use the rest of the cherry syrup to marble on top of the cheesecake. 7. Bake for an hour or until just set. Allow to cool completely then refrigerate overnight. 8. Add some cherries on top and enjoy!

10.01.2022 OPENING DAY! We will be opening this Saturday the 14th! Hours for Saturday are 8am-3pm ... Onwards we will be open 9am - late every day! Please note we will be closed on total fire ban days We’re located at 299 Couangalt Rd, Gisborne South. Prices are $12 per kilo for pick your own Entrance fees are $5 per adult & $3 per child. Fees will be waived if you pick over 2kg. Looking forward to seeing everyone to either pick your own or buy some already picked! 04.01.2022 CHERRY RIPE RECIPE Looking for something to make with your cherries? Have a look at the recipe below Ingredients:... 1 cup of cherries (frozen & pitted) 1/3 cup of raspberries (frozen) 2 cups desiccated coconut 3 tbs coconut oil 3 tbs honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 200g 85% dark chocolate (melted) Method: 1. Line a slice tin with baking paper 2. Place half the coconut, coconut oil, honey & vanilla extract into a food processor. Blend until well combined & set aside. 3. Place the other half of the coconut, cherries and raspberries in the processor. Blend until well combined. 4. Add the first coconut mixture in and blend until all combined. 5. Press the mixture firmly into the tin and freeze for 1 hour. 6. Cut into squares and freeze for another hour. 7. Coat the squares in the melted chocolate. 8. ENJOY!
