25.01.2022 Over the years of working as a photographer and being a mum, I have had the privilege of meeting some amazing and inspiring people . When I moved back to Austra...lia several years ago, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Marsha, who not only became a friend but also one of the key people in my life that keep me on the path of health and wellness . Marsha is a mum to 3 boys, friend to many and integral to the lives of numerous people in her community. She not only treats people as a myotherapist, but she is owner and director of South Gippsland Therapy Centre in Leongatha. Like many others during the current uncertainty of CoVID, Marsha has had to juggle family life , managing staff, her business and the care of her patients. I am so grateful to know her and to have her on my health team, my neck and spine would not be in the shape they are without her attention and care. See more

12.01.2022 We're so sad that we missed out on our last weeks with Haydie before she entered maternity leave! We thought we'd share these special photos to update you with her gorgeous bump as most of you wouldn't have seen Haydie in quite a while! As we are now easing back into some treatments we'd like to wish Haydie all the best and can't wait to update you all with some exciting news when her babe arrives earthside! We can't wait to have you back Haydie!

11.01.2022 As you all know stage 3 is here. This time around, for now, the government has made it clear that Allied health services including most modalities at SGTC are safe to remain open for essential treatment and care. Appointment availability is limited both in an effort to allow minimal patients at the clinic at any one time and also due to some of our staff residing elsewhere and remote schooling commitments for others. We ask you to consider only coming in for treatment if you... cannot manage your pain from home. As before we have telehealth appointments available with all practitioners. Onsite Pilates classes have also been cancelled for the remainder of the term. We have added to our zoom classes to help you all stay strong and improve your posture from the safety of your home. 07.01.2022 As you all know we at SGTC have taken the COVID 19 risk very seriously since the beginning of this awful ordeal. We did close for some time and returned only once procedures were as safe as possible. Most of you would know our practitioners have been wearing masks for some time now due to the close contact they need to have whilst treating. We would now like to also ask you, our valued patients to consider wearing a mask while visiting our clinic. Evidence is clear that t...he more barriers that are in place, the safer we all are from catching and passing on this awful virus. Please if you can wear a mask from home or if need be we have a limited supply at the clinic. Our reception continues to be carried out off-site. 07.01.2022 Zoom Pilates Class Update: We're having a little break over the school holidays for Zoom classes. However we do have ONE class still running - Wednesday's at 4.30pm! Please jump online if you'd like to book yourself in or give us a call on 5662 5225 and we can book for you. Term 4 Pilates - At this current stage, it looks like we are only going to be allowed to continue with our Zoom Pilates classes, however we are keeping up to date with all the latest restrictions, so as so...on as we are allowed to return to studio classes, you guys will be the first to know! Just another reminder that most of our Practitioners are running back as normal at SGTC - with limited spaces due to spacing between appointments for cleaning/limiting the number of people in the clinic - so please give us a call if you need to book in with our practitioners.
