24.01.2022 Good evening! After such a busy day in the shop (thank you for supporting us!) , I had some me time in my studio to finish this chest of drawers. Painted in Jolie Paint's Eucalyptus and Rose Quartz with some transfers from Hokus Pokus and stencilling added. Available in the shop as soon as I can get the Cottage Lover to shift it!

22.01.2022 My latest project! Painted in Miss Lillians, with decoupaged music, red velvet, gold and silver braid and black and gold waxes. Decoupaged in antique sheet music. Thanks to the composer Leo Delibes, I called her Coppellia!

Here are the new colours we're expecting to receive in just under 2 weeks: I have also ordered some of their Front Door Paint in two greys and their Ultimate Cabinet Primer which I have posted in the comments section below. 15.01.2022 My mother has been busy! When she told me she was going to paint the floor (pine) in her spare bedroom I thought Oh Oh! But she has done a brilliant job. She used mezzie+frank chalk effects in Harbour Bridge, a lovely mid grey and sealed with clear varnish. Not bad for someone in her 80s! Good on you Mum!... Mezzie and Frank stockists society

11.01.2022 Hi! Had a nice time over the last 2 days reviving this hall and coffee table set. Revamped in Miss Lillians Enchanted Night and their metallic gold. In the shop soon!... Candles from Scarlet and Grace have arrived and some beautiful new summer scarves. I will post photos Friday so please stay tuned. Now I have one heck of a messy studio to clean up! Have a lovely afternoon!

11.01.2022 Here's a pro tip for those of you painting this weekend.... Cleaning brushes...ok, not the fun part of revamping and sometimes I am at the sink washing up to 10 at a time! Looking after your brush will keep it in top condition and save you money. My tip?... Rinse immediately in warm soapy water (dish washing liquid works great) Flush the water through the centre of your brush Use a brush comb to clean When your brush is paint free give it a good coating in Hair Conditioner...the cheapest you can find!... and rinse well. Your brush will be soft again the next time you use it and will become easier and easier to clean..and it should smell nice! Always hang your brushes upside down so that water doesn't rust the ferrule. If you're using chalked paint, you don't have to wait until your brush is completely dry before using it again. Chalked paint likes damp! Look out for more Pro Tips next weekend :) Have a great weekend!

09.01.2022 Good morning! New in the shop today us a pair of very nice bedsides in Jolie Paint's Gesso White and Misty Cove. Drawers inside done in a dark blue. Slightly distressed to reveal their lovely shape.

08.01.2022 Good morning! This lovely antique sideboard has been given a modern twist by removing its doors to accommodate storage baskets. Its painted inside with Miss Lillians 'Graphite' and externally in Jolie Paint 'Swedish Grey', then clear waxed. It will be available in the shop later this week. Have a great day!
