18.01.2022 I needed a distraction as we all do in these desperate times. No point in making any more childrens clothes as my wonderful outlet Jilarty Cafe at Rainbow Beach has had to close their doors expect for takeaway. Still had to sew something to keep me sane, so bags, bags and more bags!! Everyone keep safe.

16.01.2022 I am beginning to think I have a serious addiction. My bag fetish continues. I have added beach bags and a backpack to my repertoire. As if the bag making isn't enough........now I am cutting up scraps of material and sewing them back together to make more bags. As they say everyone needs a hobby.

15.01.2022 Finally, finally life is starting to get back to normal. The markets are on in Tin Can Bay Saturday 20th June from 8am till 12noon. I have been sewing up a heap of different items, all handmade and one of a kind. From kids backpacks, hand santizer holders, wristlets, project bags and loads more. Here's a sneak peak of the stock I will be selling. So there may be a day that I think I have made enough bags, but today is not that day.

11.01.2022 I hope everyone is slowly going back to their normal lives and starting to enjoy some of the things we used to take for granted. If COVID-19 has taught me anything, it's life is short and no one knows what is in the future. The words LIVE! LOVE! LAUGH! all of a sudden really mean something. I am still on my bag fix. I have been making Drawing Bags, Hair Accessory Holders and little girl bags and Wristlet Clutches. Hopefully the markets will be on again soon otherwise we might have to build another room onto the house.

If this isolation keeps up much longer I might have to open a bag shop. Just a few more creations for you. The last two bags, one made from a denim skirt and the one with the white roses completely cut up and fully reconstructed into this bag. I love my shabby chic.
