TSS is now seeking a highly motivated and energetic HR Support & Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in Coolum Beach. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing a range of operational HR and recruitment services. About the Role: This role is on a full-time basis working from our office in Coolum Beach. Maintain current electronic personnel files and databases Assist in general ad hoc duties as required from time-to-time and general business reporting Filing & archiving Printing, scanning and saving documents Preparing employment and induction packs Preparing manual documentation Communicating with employees to obtain copies of required documents Uploading employees to the data base systems Data entry and preparing meeting minutes Answering phone calls, preparing mail and other general administrative duties as required Ideal Candidate Requirements: Generalist HR or recruitment experience Completed or working towards a relevant qualification (Recent University Graduate) Interested in employment intricacies Ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines High attention to detail and great communication skills with a variety of stakeholders Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment Understanding of Australian Fair Work act and employment contracts with the desire to go beyond
