25.01.2022 Great to partner with The Funding Network Australia (TFN) at their first ever virtual event last week. Together with the IOOF Foundation and the Victorian Women Lawyers, we helped raise an incredible $188,000 for NFP organisations working in the mental health space. It’s not too late to donate at: http://ow.ly/J5hb50ztIp8

23.01.2022 We are proud to announce that Shadforth has achieved international fiduciary certification from the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence (CEFEX). In doing so we are the largest and one of only seven firms to have achieved this in Australia. What does this mean for consumers? Our CEO Terry Dillon summed it up perfectly when he said Advice relationships are based on a foundation of trust our clients are entrusting us with the management of their total balance sheets and consequ...ently their financial futures. To be a fiduciary means we are bound by the highest standards and this provides assurance to our existing and prospective clients. Well done to our entire team. https://bit.ly/33NhZlF

14.01.2022 What does the Federal Budget deliver to you and your family? Last night the Federal Treasurer, Josh Frydenberg, handed down the 2020/21 Federal Budget. 02.01.2022 In pre-COVID-19 times, this weekend would have seen our Shadforth crew don their trainers and join the sea of over 80,000 other runners, joggers and walkers taking part in the world’s largest fun run - the annual 14km City to Surf in Sydney. Celebrating 50 years this year, it will only be the second time in the history of the event that it will be rescheduled - in 2000 to accommodate the Sydney Olympics and this year, of course, in response to COVID-19. These events not only ...provide the obvious physical benefits but, perhaps even more importantly, mental benefits - a sense of community, togetherness and camaraderie. So, whilst we climb the hill of heartbreak, it’s an essential decision to ensure the safety for all participants, both domestic and international.
