19.01.2022 Open our hearts to be grateful of our aliveness. Each breath is a gift we receive, connecting us to the giving and receiving of life in its natural order. I receive breath-life and I give breath-life. Each day the sun wakes us up is an offering ,a reminder of the light that we essentially are. Every bone in our body is a reflection of the structure of earth holding us in our our day. When we move our body we mimic the flow and energy of water,we are movement and change ex...isting now. Each cell within us is a powerhouse of universal wisdom, creating an energy of fire and light. Powerful in our creation. Our laughter calls to the language of light as a fluid living vibration. Our unique soul essence shines our truth. Each moment of meditation opens space to be all we are as potential. In silence and stillness we can be open and fearless. In peace we can transmit light to calm all that welcomes it. In stopping in the moment we allow connection to be ignited so our heart can be our guide. We are being called to rise as strength. This is who we truly are. As elements of all that exists we converge at the heart of aliveness. If you can take a breath then you are strong. Be grateful for your strength and be attentive to what feels good. Collectively we need all our strength. Our strengths are many types. Love,calm,stillness,peace,flow,happiness,laughter,joy,focus,being,........ So find your core strength deep within you and breathe and see from this vibration. Your heart will open and rejoice and the earths heart will open and rejoice and the universal heart will open and rejoice. This is our power to heal.

A stone, a feather found , a flower, a blade of grass, It’s a day to go outside and listen to the sounds of aliveness. Breathe with the sounds and focus on you and the one sound that attracts you. Go through your senses, feel,hear,see,breathe,smell. Notice time as this moment and become connected to the earth that holds you. Everything else needs to be set free so you can come back into your,our presence of just being earthed and grounded. For NOW.

It will keep making its prescence known to you until you decide to give it attention and listen to what it has to say. Maybe it is just a visitor who has nothing to say and was supposed to drop by and then go on their way. Choose wisely those that are allowed in your temple of self.

They say that in the streets of Assisi People are singing to each other across the empty squares, keeping their windows open so that those who are alone may hear the sounds of family around them. They say that a hotel in the West of Ireland Is offering free meals and delivery to the housebound. Today a young woman I know is busy spreading fliers with her number through the neighbourhood So that the elders may have someone to call on. Today Churches, Synagogues, Mosques and Temples are preparing to welcome and shelter the homeless, the sick, the weary All over the world people are slowing down and reflecting All over the world people are looking at their neighbours in a new way All over the world people are waking up to a new reality To how big we really are. To how little control we really have. To what really matters. To Love. So we pray and we remember that Yes there is fear. But there does not have to be hate. Yes there is isolation. But there does not have to be loneliness. Yes there is panic buying. But there does not have to be meanness. Yes there is sickness.
