11.01.2022 ATTENTION ALL SHADY COTTAGE 2017 TICKET HOLDERS This year’s festival is now being held at the picturesque Lake Mountain Alpine Resort. Due to a delay to our permit application for the Shady Cottage site, we have had to locate a suitably scenic replacement in a very short space of time. Thankfully, the fantastic people at Lake Mountain have offered us their incredible site, which not only boasts jaw-dropping views, but has also played host to a number of other great music fest...ivals. Lake Mountain is situated in Melbourne’s northeast, after a charming drive through the tree ferns of Healesville, clocking in at just less than 2 hours. All of our programming for the festival remains exactly the same; the only difference is the height above sea level. Different altitude = Different attitude. Depending on the forecast, it can get very chilly overnight at Lake Mountain. We’ll be providing as much heating as possible, but you’ll need to come equipped with some ski gear and a blanket just in case. With just under a week until the festival, we’re getting incredibly excited to show you what we’ve got in store. We’ll be sharing our site with you as the stage, the gallery and everything else goes up, so keep up to date with @shadycottagefestival on instagram and facebook. See you at the Temporary Cottage
