21.01.2022 My mini yogies and I gave all the yoga mats a good start of term scrub this afternoon (they do get a daily wipe down too), before starting back at Elements Child Care tomorrow. I'm looking forward to working 4 morning a week this year at Elements. Even Benny pony helped out... although he was more interested in drinking the Nature Direct cleaner in the water

07.01.2022 Unfortunately I need to cancel all my yoga sessions for Mind Body Yoga over the school holidays as I have hurt my knee. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Please 'Like' my page to see what will happen next school holidays!
