18.01.2022 Victoria drives trucks and trucks drive Victoria! We just recently finished a stock crate tray for a local farmer. His rusted out, old tray was replaced with a brand new Shakanda tray! This featured a full headboard and tray with anti-slip mesh and drainage added to keep the cattle safe and healthy during transport. An effluent tank was fitted , new docking rubber, 5mm Corten flooring and a bit of bling for the side and rear lighting! ... We even repainted the stock crate to bring it up to the quality of Shakanda's painting and finishing!

15.01.2022 Earlier this year we had the pleasure doing the steel work once again for SJ Vuillermin Master Builders P/L on one of their major projects in Inverloch. Once again Steve and his team delivered a masterpiece which enabled them to take out the South East Regional Residential Builder of the Year award, their second in four years! 14.01.2022 So our mates over at Image Racing recently attended a fundraiser held by Jordan Boys to help get him and the team to this years Bathurst 1000! Shakanda were happy to help out and so we decided we'd have a bit of fun creating some unique fire pits for the occasion to help raise a few extra funds We hope to see Jordan and the Image Racing team on the track in a months time Good luck fellas!

10.01.2022 Next out the door this week was a 7x2.5m flat tray with double-side underbody toolboxes and corner twist locks, purpose built for transporting a rather large water carrier. This tray was with finished in metallic black with hints of blue & green pearl. Here it is glimmering nicely in the South Gippsland sunshine! Interested in a steel tray? 09.01.2022 A year on from our first tilt trailer being built and we had the pleasure of being asked to build a second: It seems once again that the preferred method of efficient testing was to drive Brett's Navara up it! Once again it passed the test!

08.01.2022 Absolute pleasure watching Jordan Boys and Image Racing over the Bathurst weekend! Jordan should hold his head high with a 7th place finish starting from last and anyone who watched will no doubt agree he was robbed of a career high 5th due to old mate playing dodgem carts! We're very proud to be involved with Image Racing and to be a small part of Jordan's progress! It was a lovely moment for us watching him race round with a couple of Shakanda stickers under the head lights! Well done Image Racing and Jordan! Unbelievable team from our small town of Korumburra!

05.01.2022 Lotta blood sweat and tears went into making this rig let me tell you! But the final product is what we're about! Affectionately named "The Rapid Response", this little beauty can be seen around the CBD (rapidly) servicing the tram tracks! It features a crane, hose reels, fire equipment, 300L water tank, hand wash, toolboxes, generator, vice and plenty more; all expertly arranged with safety and practicality in mind and put together by the Shakanda team ...
