08.05.2022 Saturday 22nd October saw the The University of Western Australia welcome Shakespeare Festival Day to its illustrious grounds for a magical afternoon of entertainment as the finale event to the 2016 Shakespeare 400 Perth Festival #S400Perth. Over 3,000 guests were treated to a host of Elizabethan music, roving performances, live combat scenes, virtual reality and live theatre alongside an array of stalls and displays, as part of the global celebrations of the 400-year annive...rsary of William Shakespeare's death. A once in a lifetime opportunity celebrated in style by thousands of art lovers, theatre fanatics and Shakespeare fans. An exclusive thanks to co-producers BEVIN Creative and BIG SKY ENTERTAINMENT WA as well as major partner Agelink Theatre, and of course the wonderful Festival Day Cast and Production Crew who worked tirelessly to bring this event to life. Special thanks to Rameen Evans for the amazing production of this video, and Dean Chisholm for the glorious drone photography.
