25.01.2022 Hello my lovely people! After thinking it over all day, i have come to the decision that i am going to have to stop yoga classes for the rest of the year. I've been unwell lately and at this hectic time of year i really need to focus on my health and getting better.... I am so sad to have to make this decision but i hope you all understand and i really look forward to making shapes with you in the new year. Thankyou all for being so loyal, and i wish you a very merry Christmas
