We are looking for an vibrant, dynamic shop and sales manager to run and operate all aspects of our physical and online shop spaces. Your duties will include:... Generating and managing sales and client relations Inventory and stock control/ordering Liaising with product suppliers Product dispatch Online shop maintenance Accounts and budgeting Festival and market stall management Skills required: Proven sales and management experience Strong communication skills with an emphasis on building relationships and providing valuable information to our clients on an individual basis Computer competency with Facebook, Instagram, Wordpress back end, Square, and G Suite Through our Shamanic Earth Medicine Shop we provide our clients with quality hand-crafted medicine tools such as shamanic medicine drums, drum beaters and drum bags. We make traditional rattles and smudge fans and stock a variety of products to support people in their spiritual practices. We are looking for someone who is positive and spiritually focused. You have a basic understanding and appreciation for shamanic practices. We would like your connection and understanding of this type of work to be reflected in the way you manage our shop and relate to our clients. You must be a team player and communicate well with the Shamanic Earth Medicine team. Starting hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days preferred).
