25.01.2022 This image is called the Nei Jing Tu and represents the transformations that happen within the bodies of inner alchemy practitioners. The right-hand border of the Nei Jing Tu represents the spinal column and skull. The scenes depicted at different levels along the spine beautifully depict the inner alchemical changes and transformations that occur within the dan tiens and other energy centres. The space in front of the tailbone and sacrum is referred to as the Golden Urn by Taoists. Similar to the Hindu yoga traditions, this energy lies coiled like a snake at the base of the spine until awakened. This energy initiates the energetic transformations beautifully depicted in the image. The way I see it and experience this force is the alchemical transformation from snake (what's in it for me) to dragon (unity) consciousness.

24.01.2022 We are so grateful to have just finished our first ever Obsidian journey online with 23 amazing women from all across Australia and beyond! This journey turn...ed out to be a great success and without the push to bring this online because of our current climate, this may never have happened. Blessings come in all types of forms and we learnt to be adaptable to what was needed. This meant we could open our container to people we may never have reached before and within our second group which is still currently running, we have been able to bring this work to an array of women who are also overseas. Deepest gratitude to all the women who journeyed with us and an honouring bow to the Devas of this programme who assist and hold us in many ways and forms. An even bigger bow to our founder and teacher Sharon Bolt who has poured her heart and soul into this work so that over 200 women could walk through the gateway into their own incredible Womb Stargates and cleanse and clear the way for not only themselves but their Ancestors and Descendants. It doesnt have to be a romantic interaction, it can be your local barista or a guy you meet at the traffic lights. Observe to yourself one quality you like about that man i.e Doesnt he have nice teeth or That man is kind or That man is a gentleman Forcing your brain to look at the positive attributes of men (anyone for that matter) has the ability to completely reframe your mind. That you do... not mind being listened to, cared for or pampered. When they see you as a strong woman, they just look for you to help them carry their crosses. They talk to you and they think you do not need to be heard. A strong woman is not asked if she is tired, suffering or falling, if she has anxiety or fear. The important thing is that she is always there: a lighthouse in the fog or a rock in the middle of the sea. The strong woman is not forgiven anything. If she loses control, she becomes weak. If she loses her temper, she becomes hysterical. When the strong woman disappears a minute, it is immediately noticeable, but when she is there, her presence is usual. 12.01.2022 Deeply grateful to the intrepid participants that joined Shamanic Energy Trainings "Dream Weaving The Organic Timeline" - A Dream Body Retrieval and Dream Realm Activation training. I invited graduates and current participants from my Galactic Coven mentorship as this was approached as an experiment into dream realm potentials... yet it ended up being one of the most powerful containers I have ever had the pleasure of facilitating. For 33 days we worked as a unity consciousn...ess collective and carried out dream realm work for collective healing and our own healing. The level of dream realm earth work, ceremony, reconciliation rituals, timeline healing and missions of pure love for this planet carried by out by the participants was deeply humbling and inspiring. We experienced our intentions manifest in the dream realms and we saw the changes to our daily lives as a result of dreaming awake. This work is so potent and precious that I will be training participants to facilitate this in the near future. Reweaving your dreaming experience is one of the greatest gifts you can give your waking life. Thank you Taryn Guerinoni for creating and contributing your amazing multi dimensional dreaming mandala to the work - it expanded what we were doing exponentially. 09.01.2022 White Dragon Online started last night - THANK YOU to everyone that has joined this programme. This version of White Dragon focuses on silk reeling. Silk reeling exercises consist of simple continuous rounded and spiral movements incorporating the whole body. The movements promote loosening of the joints, deep relaxation, efficiency of movement, and energetic power in the body. We are both feeling the effects of extra training in preparation for this course and are grateful to be in a chi container for the next 5 weeks x
09.01.2022 When I work with people in mentoring sessions I tend to share analogies and with permission from my client today, here’s what came through. This woman is a power house with so much wisdom and experience but in our heavily negatively programmed society, like many others, she has lost her confidence and forgotten that she is the equivalent of "Mufasa" in her savannah. She started listening to the trickster hyenas who have been giving her low consciousness advice about this and... that from their point of view, not taking into account who they were speaking to and the natural power and presence that she carries naturally Mufasa started to listen as the hyenas had more social media fame or whatever success is measured by these days. The session was about seeing the glorious spiritual legacy that this woman carries and reminding her who she is, her true power and that she is the Queen of her own kingdom, no more listening to hyenas and their fake promises and curses ENOUGH! If you listen to advice from a lower consciousness your Soul will naturally block it even if your conscious mind wants to implement it. (I don’t have the time to go into levels of consciousness here but for an understanding pls look at David Hawkins work or come to one of my Dowsing trainings). Holding a mirror of self empowerment through the session her own power and wisdom were reignited and now she is back on track. Deep down you know your spiritual legacy, if you need advice then listen to others who have been on the journey and who are conscientiously working on their consciousness expansion, don’t let yourself be glamoured by the fake hyenas of this world. 06.01.2022 There is Divine Balance in everything. Karma always balances itself out in one way or another. As we have bank accounts, we also have energetic bank accoun...ts, where we always end up paying back for anything we ever debited someone else. This is the same for anyone who is in debt to us. We may not personally see the outcome of a debt, but somehow that debt will always be recovered by another and we will be credited in a different form. This is how the fine art of balance works. There is a balance in everything, a cosmic calculator weighing it all up with its divine eye on everything, never missing a beat. Taking time to finalise our energetic and monetary debts can pay off in more ways than we realise. Being in a divine balance with all welcomes in a divine balance inside of ourselves. If you owe someone money or you know you stole their time and energy, make it an absolute focus to balance this out. This may mean paying someone back or simply apologising for stealing their energy. 03.01.2022 At this very moment in time, we have front row tickets to an incredible change in humanity, the frequency we have been vibrating at radically shifting before ou...r eyes. As crazy as this may sound, there are literally thousands of star soul children waiting to be born on this planet at this time. So many children born in the last 20 years have incredible crystalline frequencies, are pure of heart and have strong missions on this planet to help the ascension of Mother of Creation. Because of their incredible frequency, it is our job as women to clear the way for them so that they must do their best work and that starts within our very own wombs. When deeply cleansed and purified, our wombs have the ability to become Stargates, womb portals from the stars to the Earth. To some of you this may sound a little woo woo but to many of you this will make complete sense. This is why we started our programme with Obsidian, as the spirit of Obsidian clears the way in a deeply somatic way so that the Stargate may be cleared and activated. For women who already have children, this effects them regardless of how old they are. For women who dont have children, this gets passed on to your first Descendants, your nieces and nephews. 03.01.2022 Can you feel it??? A friend sent me that message this morning. YES! I can feel it. The amount of light codes showering every cell in my body, the fire raging in my heart with passion and an ecstatic connection with the Mother of Creation - yes I can feel it and yes I have cried tears of joy too. Allowing Universal Love into your Being is the greatest gift you can give yourself. You are a Divine Child of the Universe and deserve to be connected to the unconditional love that i...s available to you. I am sure a LOT of you are feeling it. If you are not, heres how to open yourself to the tremendous gifts being bestowed upon us now: Focus on yourself / self care / internal energetic alchemical practices Do not engage in drama triangles, including social media drama triangles that only serve to deplete you and harvest your energy. You dont have to attack anyone for not having your views, you dont have to rescue anyone from the matrix and their belief systems and you certainly dont have to be a victim in these times. Reclaim your inner power and all of that energy going into being right on social media. Align yourself to your lineage and unique soul coding. Learn from the elemental kingdoms and do not try to be like anyone else. Accept who you are deep within your heart chambers. Dont engage in soul code theft so that your real gifts and purpose may open. It is an insult to your Eternal Spirit to copy others and their work. Do your best to stay true to yourself and do not lie - this blocks your 5th chakra and ascension pathway. Its exhausting to your Soul to have to lie in order to receive acceptance and approval. Forgive yourself - we have all made mistakes. No one is perfect. We are all learning and growing daily. If we are living and breathing, we have a second chance always. Connect to your Higher Self regularly - the best friend you will ever have. Detox so that your cells can receive the new light frequencies. Pray - we need collective prayer more than ever. 03.01.2022 Stablising Your Energy System One of the skills we are developing in our classes is learning how to hold our own energetic space, which is vital in many forms of energy and spiritual work. If we can feel when we are out of energetic alignment, we may be able to assess what we need to rebalance our energy state.... We can become masters of our own energy states and learn how to energise ourselves from within and not from others like energy vampires. When someone has developed stronger upper chakras e.g. third eye, but has little to no foundation strength in their lower centres, they become scattered and their aura starts to fragment. Also, when someone is all heart with minimal foundation, they get taken advantage of by others. It starts with a strong Base. Having a strong base requires DISCIPLINE, hence our training requires work. A strong energetic base minimises the risk of energetic and physical damage, and enhances your ability to manifest the life you desire. When all three energy centres are re-charged, this provides enough power to restore our soul connection so that we are stable and find the right balance between doing and being.
03.01.2022 When you work with obsidian for so long and to the levels that we do in The Empress & The Dragon you end up with 24 obsidian athames . I didnt order them but they ended up coming anyway due to a situation with our Mexican supplier. The athames are meant to be here though. They are preparation for The Emperor and the Dragon which will be our mens cauldron Magick programme, The Sword of Truth - the final instalment of the Empress series and Spirit Weaver, in which we ...will show our advanced spirit workers how to do deeper layers of psychic surgery. They have had a long journey. They are happy to be shown but now need a rest, a very thorough cleanse and consecration in sacred ceremony. With the four wind horses you can ride to the Great Four Winds and PRAY, we are all being called to deeper prayer and intention setting during these times. If you dont have a prayer practice or dont even know where to start let me know if that is of interest. My upbringing was highly religious so I understand prayer harvesting at a deep and experiential level.
