22.01.2022 We are going on-line every Wednesday night for a group meditation session from the 8th of April. The time will be 7.15pm- 8.30pm. We will be using Zoom. If you are interested in joining us, please email [email protected] as soon as you can/by 4pm on Wednesday and you will be advised of how to connect up. 01.01.2022 This coming Sunday afternoon, 16th of February, we will be having Open House from 2-5pm at the Eco-House at Ceres, end of Lee Street, Brunswick. We will be practising sitting and walking meditation, and starting to read and study Pema Chodron's new book, Welcoming the Unwelcome.
