22.01.2022 Hi everyone. Im getting this message out in case some of you have missed it. AMT is bringing a wonderful presenter, Robert Libbey, to Australia next month for a series of workshops. Robert is a Canadian massage therapist, who has been studying, practising and enhancing Ligamentous Articular Strain Techniques (LAST) for over 20 years. Robert will be a key presenter at the AMT Conference in Sydney, plus running workshops in Gold Coast, Canberra and Perth. The Perth workshop ...is on 20-21 October, at the Boulevard Centre. Click on the link below to find out more details. There are a couple of spots still available for the Perth workshop, so get your skates on, and come join me on 20-21 October. In the meantime, go to Roberts website: www.lastsite.ca to get a fuller understanding of what his work is about. He has plenty of free videos to watch, and online courses too (Ive already completed one).

04.01.2022 Pain as metaphor

04.01.2022 Whitney Lowe has got a very interesting conversation going with this little piece. Its talking to the industry that educates our bodywork students and practitioners, but it also speaks to the poor, lazy language many(?) therapists use to explain the what and why of their treatments. Have a look!
