16.01.2022 LIMITED EDITION WINES . Joining our selection of local wines, The Deviance range: Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay for limited time only! .... The Deviance range of wines is an exciting new vision from Alec Bailey. Whilst working under the guidance of Derwent Estate senior wine maker John Schuts, Alec identified small parcels of pristine fruit from selected vineyards around Tasmania and applied numerous natural winemaking techniques to bring the best out of these grapes. . The sourced fruit was all hand picked from the premium regions of the Coal River and Tamar Valleys. Utilising wild yeast ferments, wild malolactic conversions, barrel ferments and lees stirring as the cornerstone of his philosophy, the whole range of Deviance wines is definitely a more "hands off" way of winemaking than most.

10.01.2022 Limited Release: "Dirty Copper" is a malty Amber/Red ale with caramel/toffee flavours and aromas and a firm, pleasant bitterness. The malt character is complimented by subtle floral and spice notes thanks to the addition of Ella hops, grown locally by Hop Products Australia. We haven't got many cases of this easy-drinker, so get it quick before it's all gone. Available from a range of local bottleshops and our bar.

In his first gig back after the mandatory Covid hiatus Brett will be performing all his smash hits such as: Whip it by Devo... Waterfalls by TLC That Pitbull song and of course: The Gambler.
