23.01.2022 We have had a very rare agistment paddock become available for one horse or two horses owned by the same owner. We are a private property/boutique horse stud, with a small group of responsible and sensible agisters. Our paddocks are lovely and green with exceptional horse-safe fencing and automatic water. Our facilities include 70m x 30m all weather arena, sand round yard, undercover tie up area/wash bay, safe tack/feed storage and stables/small yards that can be used in emer...gencies. We also have the beautiful Kuitpo forest a quick 5 min ride down the road. Agistment for an individual paddock is $65/week or shared paddock is $60/horse- including feeding once daily with feed provided by owner and use of all facilities (additional charge for emergency stabling, or rugging/additional feeding). We will also have our beautiful home grown meadow hay available for purchase for agisters all year round. References required. Mature, responsible adults only, due to the quiet and private nature of our property.

21.01.2022 We have made the very hard decision to offer our beautiful mare, Henin, for sale. ‘Socks’, as she is known at home, is a wonderful TB mare who has been a consistent producer of cracking performance bred foals. She is rising 15 and stands at 15.2hh, but throws much taller than herself. Socks is the sweetest and easiest mare to have around- is in foal to Blackall Park Twist (Daley K), for a full sibling to ‘Pierre’, her 2019 foal. Socks is easy to serve, goes in foal first time, great to scan and a textbook mother. She would suit a first time breeder as she is so straightforward. Very special mare, so a wonderful home is a must- unfortunately we have another horse requiring expensive, ongoing veterinary care, which means we are having to make some very difficult decisions. 20.01.2022 Shamrock Park Pierre (BP Twist x Henin) is still losing the last of his winter coat, but he has started the transformation into a beautiful swan this lovely youngster is 11 months old, and as easy to do everything with as you’d want in a baby horse We are intending to keep him, as I need a Twist horse to ride in the future

15.01.2022 These foals have having a couple of sessions to keep their minds ticking, and they will be turned back out in the paddock next week. We always consider this kind of handling vital for youngsters- our foals have been stabled, had rugs on, been in the float a couple of times and had their first bath. It’s so easy to do this kind of handling with them at this age, and it’s great for them to have these positive experiences these foals are also lovely and easy going, which makes things even easier

13.01.2022 Our beautiful homebred 4 yr old, Casper (Capone x Devaraja), is progressing nicely in his work. Casper is from the first crop of foals we bred, in 2015 and he is the one we decided to retain due to his wonderful temperament and very flashy movement. He’s been quite a slow developer and was broken in late last year, then spent a couple of months in the paddock to grow, but he has really come along in his work under saddle. I think he is a youngster with a big future.

10.01.2022 Our super rising 2 yr old filly Diva (Chacco Blue/Vivant/Stirling Liberty) had her first little try at free jumping this morning. She was such a little professional and even though we only sent her down the lane 5 or 6 times, she did everything right. It’ll be a couple of years before she’s jumping under saddle, but I think she’s got a nice little future in front of her

10.01.2022 These two little cherubs are looking a little dishevelled as they lose their winter coats, but they are still kicking all the baby horse goals they’ve been on the float once or twice before, but I thought I’d give them a quick reminder before they are turned out again. They are such excellent students and both walked straight on with no hesitation. I just love the intelligence of the Twist foals- so brave, willing and smart #babyhorses

09.01.2022 Beautiful Nola is enjoying some rays of sunshine on her back and has had some solid rolling time in the dirt. Nola is a maiden mare in foal to Blackall Park Twist and she is exactly the type of TB mare we love to breed from. She has a wonderful front end, lovely movement and is so athletic. I have no doubt she’s cooking up an eventer for the future!

08.01.2022 Our first foal for the season was born on the 1st August. ‘Leo’ was a little premmy and had some issues in his first couple of weeks, but he was born with the most determined attitude and is kicking goals every day. He is now spending his days out in the paddock and yesterday we caught him jumping the mounds of grass

This lovely rising 8 yr old has been ridden and trained by a talented young rider and is a consistent winner in the showjumping ring. He can be seen schooling 1.40m with ease in this video. Twist has an excellent strike rate with chilled semen, and we’ve had great success getting difficult mares in foal with live cover. The early bird service fee of $880 applies to any services booked before 30th September, but these services can be use any time during the season.

I have held off putting him on the market as I was considering keeping him for myself, but I really need to be realistic about how many horses I’ll be able to ride in 4 years time. He is stunning in every way and has the best personality/temperament ever- serious eventer in the making. 01.01.2022 The beautiful La Romanée started his competition career last weekend at the wonderful Monarto HTs. Despite only jumping 2 SJ courses in his life (both back in January) and not having seen a XC fence since the beginning of that year, Rommy pulled off a commendable 7th in a field of 20 in the EvA 65. This horse just takes everything in his stride and was absolutely impeccably behaved all weekend. He is very green and has a long way to go, but he is so willing and just tries his heart out Horses like Rommy are such a pleasure to own and compete, we are so lucky to have him!
