25.01.2022 Prince Elvis preview-Race 1 at 1:00pm at Bairnsdale today. I see it as a race between the four favorites with not a lot between them, he has trained on well since his last start 2nd and as long as he gets a good run he should be fighting the finish out.

25.01.2022 Reward The Bold-Race 1 at 1:00pm ar Pakenham synthetic today. It is his first start, he has worked better than he has jumped out and just needs to get a decent run in transit to run a race. I thought he was over the odds and probably should be half the quote he is, worth a couple of dollars each way.

24.01.2022 Prince Elvis preview-Race 2 at 12:55pm at Pakenham today. He is first up over 1400m and will likely need the run, just hoping he can finish his race off strongly and be fitter for a step up in distance next start, under the odds for mine.

22.01.2022 Prince Elvis preview-Race 1 at 12:40pm at Kyneton today. Second up and out to 1850m, I feel he is going to need a couple more runs and get out to 2400m to be a winning hope, I’d be happy if he is just running on at the finish and don’t see him as a betting proposition.

22.01.2022 Sheriff John Stone preview-Race 8 at 5:05pm at Sandown Lakeside today. He draws to get a good run just off speed, we are backing him up a bit quicker than we normally would (Covid 19) but as long as he manages that he should run well, a reasonable each way chance at good odds

21.01.2022 Sheriff John Stone preview-Race 6 at 3:30pm at Terang today. He draws wide so we will need to be aggressive at the start, hopefully he doesnt have to do too much work to get across. He has been mixing his form, if he ran near his best he would be a chance but needs to be taken on trust.

21.01.2022 Prince Elvis preview-Race 4 at 2:00pm at Geelong today. He is on the quick back up and steps out to a more suitable distance. I thought it was a competitive race, favorite looks hard to beat, we are probably a place chance at best.

20.01.2022 Sheriff John Stone preview-Race 8 at 10:00pm at Moonee Valley tonight. He is having his first run for the stable and has come to hand well. He draws an awkward gate and meets a couple of fairly smart ones, I think hes an each way chance with the right run

20.01.2022 Prince Elvis preview-Race 2 at 1:35pm at Mornington today. He has trained on well since his close up last start 4th, meets a fairly competitive race. I think he will run well but with only two dividends Im not sure hes a great betting proposition.

20.01.2022 It’s a very quiet time at Shandian Lodge, we won’t have any runners until mid November so to pass the weeks away I thought I’d have a crack at being a tipster, if something pops up that I think can win or is good value I would share, no guarantees though I thought best of the day today was at Flemington, Race 2 no.1 Immortal Love, even better if we can get more rain

20.01.2022 Prince Elvis preview-Race 1 at 1:20pm at Werribee today. It’s a slightly stronger field than he met last start but if he reproduce that run he shouldn’t be far away at the finish, I feel he is a good place chance.

19.01.2022 Saucy Deluxe preview-Race 2 at 12:31pm at Wangaratta today. She is second up and should be improved with that run under her belt, draws to get a nice run and should be running home strongly, I give her an each way chance at double figure odds

17.01.2022 Prince Anacheeva preview-Race 4 at 3:00pm at Geelong today. He strikes one of the strongest maiden 2400m races I have seen in a long time, he has been going okay but will need to improve to be placing here, only a rough chance.

16.01.2022 Sheriff John Stone preview-Race 5 at 7:00pm at Cranbourne tonight. He drops in grade, should get a good run from barrier 3, I think hes a good each way chance at reasonable odds.

16.01.2022 Laughing Heir preview-Race 6 at 3:00pm at Pakenham synthetic today. He is first up, forward enough to run a race but will definitely take benefit from the run. He just needs them to run along to give him a chance to finish over them, I thought at the odds he was worth a small each way bet.

16.01.2022 Prince Elvis preview-Race 4 at 2:00pm at Murtoa today. We finally get a run after being emergency twice but have to come back in trip today. Its not a strong race and the application of blinkers hopefully should have us racing closer to the pace and in the finish at the end, each way for mine

15.01.2022 Prince Elvis preview-Race 1 at 11:30am at Echuca today. He was woeful last start and never traveled throughout, gets a good barrier today and should get a good run not to far from the speed, I gave him a chance in what looked a weaker event.

15.01.2022 Laughing Heir preview-Race 5 at 3:40pm at Werribee today. He has trained on well since his last start 2nd, small field suits but lack of pace doesnt, if he gets the right run he is a winning chance, I thought hes over the odds and an each way hope

14.01.2022 Sheriff John Stone preview-Race 8 at 4:30pm at Ballarat Synthetic today. I was confident he would run a big race today until the barrier draw came out, its hard to see him getting the right run from where he has drawn. If it all pans out well he is a good each way chance but hes going to need a lot of luck

13.01.2022 Prince Elvis preview-Race 3 at 2:35pm at Geelong today. He gets to the right trip today with blinkers on and a good barrier. I give him a good each way chance at nice odds

12.01.2022 Laughing Heir preview-Race 6 at 6:00pm at Bendigo today. He has been freshened since his last run, comes back to 1600m which is a query. The big track and long straight should suit but he hasnt won for a long time

12.01.2022 Princess Anacheeva-Race 6 at 3:55pm at Mornington today. She is first up, draws a good gate and should get a good run just off the speed. She always runs well fresh and was an impressive winner at her only start over the track and distance, I think shes hard to beat, each way all day

11.01.2022 Prince Elvis preview-Race 4 at 2:00pm at Moe today. He resumes at 1600m without a jumpout or trial, I feel he has improved in his break but is likely to need the run today and needs to get over more ground, I would be happy to see him running on at the finish.

10.01.2022 Prince Anacheeva preview-Race 1 at 1:00pm at Geelong today. He strikes a heavy 10 track which is an unknown, his full sister gets through those conditions so we will assume he can too. He just needs slight improvement from his last start 3rd to be a winning chance here.

10.01.2022 Prince Anacheeva preview-Race 4 at 3:00pm at Sale today. He strikes a fairly competitive race, his chances would be enhanced by a fast speed and being a staying test, he is a rough each way chance at decent odds.

08.01.2022 Moving Light Preview-Race 2 at 1:30pm at Stoney Creek today. First start today, I thought she was a little under the odds, has trialled fairly, barrier 1 is a big advantage, I think she is a place hope.

07.01.2022 Prince Anacheeva preview-Race 2 at 6:00pm at Cranbourne tonight. He finds a weaker race and should get a good run, the favorite is the obvious one to beat, we will have no problem running the trip out, hopefully it doesnt

06.01.2022 Sheriff John Stone preview-Race 3 at 1:25pm at Mornington today. He has been working well and gets a good barrier, he should get a good run behind the speed and his chance if he is good enough. He is the roughest horse in the field but is worth a small each way bet at those odds.

We will try to have him forward and see if he cant outstay a few of them, its hard to see him beating the favorites but hopefully he can run well to give us some positives going forward.

04.01.2022 Laughing Heir preview-Race 8 at 5:00pm at Ballarat today. He drops a grade for today, on form he should be thereabouts, the negative is they dont seem to be making much ground from back. Hes capable of winning with the right run but is going to need things to go his way in the running.

03.01.2022 Best of the day-Mozzie Monster It was an inglorious start to the tipping last week, that horse went woeful but I think we can get back on the right side of the ledger here, MM was super at Bendigo and looks a horse to follow all through the spring
