25.01.2022 Wow, that was great fun. This job flowed so easily and was a pleasure the whole way. I post this image not because its an amazing setup or ground breaking in anyway, but because its a good setup and dimensionally and functionally exactly what this patient needs. I have not changed very much from her current dentures and given her age and physical status I think it will serve her well I hope Im doing more porcelain in the future

04.01.2022 Simple and accurate. This analogue denture has been constructed directly off the successful lower denture. It will be used to take a very accurate impression for the working model, and is open to facilitate release and pick up of the dental implant abutments. It is always pleasing to work with such knowledgable and exacting client dentists.

01.01.2022 This year we sponsored a three day sailing regatta held by the Townsville Sailing Club. The groups we focussed on were the green fleet and rainbow fleets which consist of the youngest sailors in the club. It was such a rewarding experience, and a wonderful way to give back to a club that has given my family so much. I would like to mention and thank a few of the club members who made this event possible; thank you to Paco and Natasha who organised the race schedule, trophi...es, volunteers and safety boats, sailor mentoring, etc. without you this event would not have happened. Thank you Peter for leading the start/finish boat and organised the races. Leandra Boothby for integrating the green fleet section into the larger regatta event, and event management. And to all the mums and dads who provided their time, efforts and boats to make this a special experience for the kids. I look forward to next years event and hope its even bigger and better, lets go green fleet.

01.01.2022 Finally I have another porcelain case. These little beauties arrived yesterday and Im so keen to start working with them. Candulor teeth part of the Ivoclar family and available in Australia. I would be interested to hear from any of you who have taken patients from acrylic teeth to porcelain, Ive not had that experience yet, and wonder how successful that process is ( risks, cautions, process, etc.).
