A few simple words that can be easier said than done. ... Why do we hold onto the past? Why do we constantly play out negative thoughts or actions of our past that have no positive outcome for our current state of mind or future? When you‘re self-aware of these actions you’ll realise they’re purely old emotions that serve no purpose and are holding you back to where you should be heading. So, let go of those negative memories, experiences or thoughts and begin to grow into a future full of endless positive potential. Your future self will thank you for it.

Most of us tend to look to the things outside of us to feel better but once you know who you are your inner world will alter your outer world in a very positive and powerful way.

Providing you beleive that you have made the right decision to take you closer to where you ultimately want to be, have you tried to make a decision, stick to it and never look back? Not always easy but can be very rewarding!

If you think about something repetitiously over a long enough period of time then you can end up believing it altogether. Your thoughts become beliefs, your beliefs shape your choices and your choices determine your destiny.... When working with clients I always check in on their belief system to see if what they currently believe is supporting their present and future vision. Is your belief system supporting what you want to create and where you want to go?

For me it is two-fold, to be the best version of myself for me and to be the best version of myself for those who I choose to surround myself with. ... It doesn't matter what age you are; what people's opinions are, it's never too late! I make it a challenge to continually grow and evolve even during the times when the momentum slips, I keep going. Don’t let anything or anyone hold you back, when the time is right you will know, and the re-definition will occur perfectly.
