Now starts first pull runs strong and cuts grass far better than your average new $300 Chinese mower..... At $135 to the costumer... The Toro was very run down was completely dead had no spark carby was buggerd fuel lines were rotton cutting bar was worn to a knob self drive would not work.... All completely fixed up and running like new..... $175 to costumer.
