17.01.2022 Throw 2017. When I might’ve been in the best shape of my life I can still see improvements that can be made. I’m nowhere near this condition now & I know how hard I have to work to get there again. Seeing this pic come up in my FB memories today is just the motivation I needed to get myself back into gear.
