02.01.2022 TAKE HOME SAUCE SPECIAL OF THE WEEK The Shanikas favourite, Chicken Scallopine, is this weeks special pantry item! Chicken tenderloins, mixed mushrooms, rose...mary, cream and chardonnay sauce - Feeds a family of 4 like all our Shanikas sauces. Also available is our Silky Mash, as the perfect condiment for your Scallopine! - The recommended cooking time for the Scallopine and Mash are both 20 minutes in simmering water - To avoid making a mess, open your Scallopine bag into another dish/pan, and then serve onto your plates from that dish. - When piping the Silky Mash, be sure to wrap a teatowel around the bag, as it will be boiling hot! - The Silky Mash can only be heated at home once. If you are not looking to consume all the mash in the same sitting, its best to take it out of the bag and only heat the portion you will be eating in the microwave. Buon Appetito!
