25.01.2022 Our excavation gear is really starting to take off and be very useful and being used almost every day whether its on our projects or out onsite being used for clients projects call us for any excavation, trenching or stump hole requirements.

25.01.2022 We are making some progress on our Canterbury Rd job the bifold doors have gone in this week ready for the outdoor kitchen to be installed, painting and tiles.

24.01.2022 Our Skene St project is progressing nicely, this week we have been working hand in hand with the plumbers merging the old in with the new this is the most tricky part of the renovation. Almost time to start cladding the outside.

23.01.2022 Our Illowa project in full swing the 3rd to come out of the ground in February just waiting for some iron to show up so we can marry the new roof in with the old. Of course our favourite site supervisor Mac is never far away or in this case the spotlight of the photo.

22.01.2022 Stage 2 of our Skene st project is under way it doesnt look much but after weeks of solid sandstone excavations the slab went down today the boys love concrete stay posted

21.01.2022 Canterbury Rd stage one complete and ready for handover hope our clients are as pleased as us with the result bringing a piece of paper to life in a old house like that isnt eazy and we thank all our amazing trades for there part on each job.! All the action on stage 2 begins Monday bring it on!

17.01.2022 Our painters Chris Kenny painting are busy putting the finishing touches on stage one of our Skene St project we are all excited to see the finished product once the landscapers sweep through. We have all had so much fun together working on this project. Some before and after photos will be posted in coming weeks.

17.01.2022 Our Otway Rd project has been slowly tapping along but changes have started happening this week with the old garage being demolished to reveal this huge space behind our existing property giving us access to the rear for our up and coming development... exciting times ahead with the new garage about to be erected on the existing property also. Stay tuned.

17.01.2022 Our Skene St project is now almost back to its original bones what an awesome looking old building it once was. Time to start construction and make it look even better then the original

16.01.2022 Hope everyone had a fantastic long weekend. I utilized this opportunity to clear our Lava St block to test out our new excavation equipment. Construction is about to commence 2 and a half years on its been a long haul getting through planning and council and putting all the new underground services in. Its getting exciting now.

14.01.2022 Heres a bit of a flashback of what our Skene St project used to look like when we first started attacking it compared to how it stands today after stage 1 has been completed.. It is quiet a significant change, our team and trades cannot wait until stage 2 is completed to have a well deserved beverage. Keep watching :)

14.01.2022 Our teams been flat out preparing and pouring a coloured feature stone slab for a outdoor entertaining area with the Help of Mick our awesome concreter. Its now sitting for approximately 4 weeks until it can be polished we cannot wait to see the result

12.01.2022 Is that a kitchen going in in the background at our Skene St project..? How exciting we are also in progress of reinvigorating the original stone we pulled out of the rear of the house for the gas log fire place. Stay tuned not long until stage 1 is completed.

12.01.2022 Stage 2 of our Canterbury Rd project is almost completed. Only a few remaining finishing touches to be completed a huge thanks to all that has been involved in this monster project so far we couldnt have done it without you all you all know who you are and you work appears on our every project, see you on the next one.

12.01.2022 On Friday we poured all the footings for our Skene St project. A slight set back digging the footings occured because of a solid stone self that runs through this property but thats ok we are now ready to bring this project out of the ground.!

12.01.2022 Its not eazy to build an almost all glass structure but in Bushfield we are determined to do just that with almost no walls to work with what is up is the structure we are building off. Thanks to our new excavator for helping us get the steel in place.

11.01.2022 Stage one of our current project at 65 Otway Road is almost finished and almost ready for handover so Shanley Constructions have decided to open it up to everyone to come have a look through next Sunday the 16th from 12 until 2. Nathan, Rick and some of the Homeseeka crew will be onsite to offer some professional advice for free for the two hours. Feel free to come down and have a look through and a chat to us and see what we can offer you and how we can transform old wrecks... into wonderful places for people to spend there lives in. Plans for the rear of the property will also be displayed so everyone can see where we are headed in the future. Hope to see you there :)

01.01.2022 Liam and the crew are busy perfecting the finishing touches on our Lava St development ready for handover to its new owners late next week glad to see he still has a smile on his face with so much to be done in so little time.

01.01.2022 We are currently very busy in our own house after hours painting away into the darkness in our new entry and my new office so it can be complete by this weekend so we can begin demolition of the rest of the existing property early next week.
