An active rest day is a light or an easy day where you are still moving but not at the normal intensity you would train at. Some examples of an active rest day could include: A walk Dynamic stretches Swimming/Hiking/rock climbing ect Walking your dog I personally love to take my dog for a walk or go for a walk along the beach and enjoy the outdoors and fresh air Active rest days keep the blood flowing and and helps your muscles recover

Should you lift weights? Absolutely, I think everyone should incorporate Atleast some sort of weight training into their routine. Now why? Weight lifting helps improve your posture, better sleep, boosting your metabolism, maintaining weight loss, gaining bone density, increases muscle mass and much more reasons. Will you become huge? It’s not as easy as it sounds. Sure muscle mass can increase if you are training properly and eating enough but you will not become bulky as such. Don’t be scared of lifting weights

You can definitely make this lower in calories or higher in calories by changing the wrap, protein source and fats like cheese ect. But this taste so good and so satisfying

04.01.2022 Why are rest days important? Resting is just as important as working out because it's an equal part of the total process required to build strength, endurance, and muscle. Rest days allow your muscles, nerves, bones and connective tissue time to rebuild.... You should have atleast 1 day of rest before you try and work the same muscle group again to allow time to repair. Train, rest, repair and repeat

03.01.2022 What training is best for you? The most important thing when it comes to training is do you enjoy it, is it maintainable and can you stay consistent with it. If you find yourself resenting going to the gym or following your program, no matter how good the program is you will not stay with it therefore you won’t get the results you want.... Exercising doesn’t have to be running on the treadmill for an hour or lifting heavy every day. Find what you love and make that your exercise. You may like dancing, swimming, hiking, weight training, walking your dog ect. There are so many ways we can stay active and reach our goals. Find your passion and follow it xx
