21.01.2022 Why is our beef so juicy you ask? All our beef carcasses are hung for a minimum of 7 - 10 days to allow for the enzymes within the meat to soften the muscle fibres. This creates deliciously tender and juicy beef. So that you don't have to add large amounts of seasonings or sauces. You can keep it simple, so the beef is the star of the show.

16.01.2022 Fridays are for the footy and homemade pies. Are you a league or union fan? A great way to make homemade pies is by slow cooking our diced beef with some beef stock, onion, and mixed herbs. This allows time for the breakdown of the connective tissues within the meat, which gives you that juicy, tender beef that you're looking for. Plus! It makes the gravy at the same time, so all you have to do is add it to the pastry and bake! Delicious!
