13.05.2022 To all my amazing clients, I am running a few weeks behind on a lot of my projects at the moment. I have been busy taking care of a sick toddler, and have been sick myself. Please bear with me while I catch up, and if you're needing something urgently please get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate. 09.05.2022 http:// Responsive websites! // More than half of website visitors are viewing on a mobile device, so it is really important that your website is optimised for mobile phone access. Every website I design is 100% responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The site elements will adjust automatically depending on the size of the display, just like on the new Nomad Accounting website I recently created. Potential customers will bounce if they have to zoom in and scroll around like crazy just to find what they need - let's make it easy for them!

14.01.2022 Ive been looking very closely at gum leaves lately, researching for an upcoming art project. Nature inspires my creativity and I just love the array of colours and markings found on gum leaves! So pretty

14.01.2022 Creating a logo design is a collaborative process between the designer and the client. Through multiple brainstorming sessions and revisions the road can take weeks to travel and sometimes the final destination is nothing like you thought it would be. The Yallingup Cubby Company logo would have to be my favorite logo project yet! Yolande and Richard were overflowing with ideas when we first met to start this process, there were so many potential routes, it was a lit...tle overwhelming for all involved. The concepts they originally came to me with are nothing like the logo in front of you. When I proposed the first round of this concept they admitted it was nothing like what they had envisioned, it was better! It just goes to show that designing a logo is a creative, free flowing experience just like any art project, and sometimes you dont know what youre looking for until you start. Coming into its 6th year, the festival has never really had its own branding or consistent identity, until now! The City of Bunbury Youth Advisory Council have been working hard to build this annual event into something that really benefits and celebrates our South West youth. I had so much fun working on this project and will be checking out this years event on April 18th.

11.01.2022 BRAND DESIGN I recently had the pleasure of designing the new branding, including the logo for BSW Connect - Business South West. With the goal to assist South West businesses to shoot for the stars, BSW Connect wanted a space themed brand that reflected fun, aspiration, business growth and innovation. The inspiration behind the style was born during a brainstorming session where terms such as "sky rocket your business", "galaxy network", "join our constellation" and ...the "star business challenge" were floated. This has been such a fun project and Ive really enjoyed the rolling out of this new brand so far!

11.01.2022 FLYER DESIGN Ive been working with Adele from Wasp Digital to create industry specific flyers for her custom mobile app software. Adeles software has a long list of applications, useful across a variety of industries. By creating flyers for each of Adeles target customers were able to highlight the benefits for each business, making the packages easier to digest and sell!

08.01.2022 WEB DESIGN! I recently had the pleasure of designing a brand new website for Hocart Lodge Aged Care and Retirement Village in Harvey. When I came on board, the organisation already had an existing website that wasnt quite meeting their needs. The team needed a site they could edit themselves and use to update the family and friends of their residents, on happenings at the centre. With this in mind, we started from scratch and built a brand new website that does exactl...y that! 05.01.2022 Its always handy to have a version of your logo that can be placed on a dark background without losing its readability and design function. My standard logo package ALWAYS includes a version of your logo in white. You just never know when you may need a lighter version! Feeling good about what... I do is really important to keeping me motivated, and seeing my clients happy at the end gives me the warm fuzzies inside.
