07.01.2022 And that's a wrap! Bit of a bitter-sweet moment as I finish up my last guided meditation class for the time being, so I can step back and get ready for my next wild adventure! I am beyond grateful for all those that have come to my classes and supported me throughout these past few months.... A big heartfelt thank you Pia Richardson and Cath Dalle for allowing me to use thier beautiful space. You have both truly created something magic at The Health Hub! I will hopefully resume classes at some stage next year, but until then all of my focus is going to my beautiful baby and new family
