23.01.2022 Hi and Welcome to 2021 Let me introduce myself, and the purpose of this Social presence. I am Shannon, I also happen to be a small business owner who encourages my CUSTOMERS to put themselves first for a change! It is then that they can continue to help, serve and offer that which is necessary for their own family, friends, business contacts and community. It is not selfish to put oneself first ... remember the old adage you can’t pour from an empty cup? I have been a pa...ssionate Thermomix user and Consultant for 9 years. I have had the pleasure of witnessing and empowering so many singles, couples, and families benefit and make the changes they wanted &/or needed in their lives. It is not always about the Food, you may be surprised to know. Oftentimes it is how the Thermomix can be integrated into their lives to save their time or physical and mental energy. You may have just had an ‘aha’ moment, because we all know how precious our time is, and how many demands we now have placed on it. Health and Wellness are my other other aligned passions. I am not a fitness fanatic or guru. I do love Yoga and have discovered the benefits of a regular practice. I even completed a 350 hour Yoga Teachers Training in 2019. I value the physical, mental, spiritual healing of self care. It starts with You. YOU are important. So, if You are ready and want to be part of my Wellness Hub, I welcome you and your friends.
