24.01.2022 A HEALTHY PROPERTY MARKET Weve been saying it for a while, but August cemented it If youve thought about selling or leasing your home, now is the time! ...With our Sales Team selling 18 homes in August, weve seen the best month for written sales (value) in more than 5 years! Buyer attendance at home opens are some of the busiest weve seen in a long while. Our COVID practises have certainly been put through their paces with some homes receiving 40 groups in a single open! Were writing offers on homes after the first viewing! Were busy!!! And our Property Management Department are struggling to keep up with the demand for rental properties. With our record low vacanies rate, were getting a chance to catch up on things in the office but, we really miss being out there and opening properties. Were having to forgo tenants with good references and rentals histories, because we simply dont have properties to place them in!
