12.01.2022 Hi all, I'm adding a post here on behalf of Sharon. You may or may not know but she is currently in hospital with severe pneumonia. She will have quite a few weeks of recovery once she gets home. Due to this she has asked me to inform those of us who were signing up for her 8 week block, that at this stage it is cancelled indefinitely.

12.01.2022 Hi Everyone, there will no longer be any Tuesday night 6pm circuit training at NVSS. I have decided to take my business to another level and need this time to make it happen. I'd like to thank you all for being apart of my classes and making them so fun to run over the last few years. I am so fortunate to have met so many wonderful people. Also thank you to NVSS for your support. Keep up your fitness. Shaz :)
