25.01.2022 An ACM (Aluminium Composite Material, a thin skin of coated Aluminium either side of hdpe plastic) board we cut and put holes in for switches and mounting to an existing board, installed at a local farm by the customer.
25.01.2022 The traditional 5 year wedding anniversary gift is wood. This sign will be used in some upcoming anniversary photos, the customer is adding some blue embellishments either side of the words, will look great I think. Size is 400mm long, 130mm high, and 33mm thick. A few more coats of oil and some buffing and will be ready to go. I love when I get to use Tung Oil, not sure if it's the smell when its wet, the look, the feel, or all of the above, it is definitely my favourite finish.

14.01.2022 A Standing Reindeer Photo Frame ( with a template for easy lining up and marking where to cut the photo, inside of oval is what you will see in the frame, outside is where you mark then cut the photo so room for glue behind the frame). Will be added to our range this week ! 165mm tall with a 70mm (high) x 55 (wide) photo window.
13.01.2022 Computers are great, until the one that runs your cnc machine stops working and destroys a work day, but thanks to Rob Bailey I.T. Services recovering the needed data from the old pc, we should be back up and running again in the morning, touch wood :) pun intended

Here is some pics of the last job we delivered for this year, Now time for some workshop cleanup after the storm, and to start working on jobs and ideas for 2020 ! Thanks for everyone's support this year either ordering jobs or liking and sharing our posts or telling your friends we exist, we really appreciate it and it helps a lot :) We look forward to a great 2020 making cool things for everyone !
10.01.2022 Long time no post, What a year so far.. with cutting my achilles tendon, having a baby, and the stoopid corona virus, not a lot has got done here this year, finally getting back on track though and sorting out the workshop more, ready for orders soon so we can get back to normal. Here is one special home sign I made recently though out of NSW Blackwood.

06.01.2022 Oh, Christmas is 7 days away, forgot someone? We have 4 sml/medium (apx 420mm wide, 170mm high and apx 40-45mm thick) live edge slabs ready to be carved and finished to choose from for your dad or pops shed sign, or a house/family name sign for beside the front door perhaps? Pics will be uploaded in the comments later this afternoon of the rough prepped slabs. We can probably only fit in 1 or 2 signs, depending if they have painted letters or not and when they are confirmed,... first in best dressed. 04.01.2022 I found a really nice slab today, pic on the left is the rough sawn slab, pic on right is the same species (dif slab) after dressing and some clear to show the colour. Looking forward to seeing this one come together over the coming weeks. If you are after a special property or house sign for a xmas gift, get in touch asap as I'm almost booked out for this year and time is running out fast for xmas deliveries. I can fit in another 2 maybe 3 large property signs at best.
03.01.2022 A more compact version of our Mr & Mrs wedding name signs that we designed for a customer, the joy of custom, you only have to ask ! This one is 600mm wide, about to get its last sand and topcoat.

01.01.2022 If you surface enough slabs, you get used to being able to guestimate what it will come out like from rough sawn to surfaced, but It is always a nice surprise when you unearth something way better than you were expecting. Bottom of pic, rough sawn slab offcut, top of pic is surfaced with one coat of clear to show colours.
