20.01.2022 I’m still recovering from last weeks appendicitis so I’m shattered that there will be no sessions this week but hopefully we will be back next week!
17.01.2022 One positive about this forced isolation is for the first time in months I’ve done 6 days straight working out and I’m here for it! I’m well rested, eating properly and actually finding working out enjoyable and therapeutic! We signed up for the Centr 6 week free trial and have loved the mixture of yoga, strength and boxing workouts this week! I do have to modify some of the core exercises for my little baby belly that’s starting to show to the world I can’t believe already over 14 weeks! Shout out to all the essential workers out there for keeping the world running we appreciate you!
15.01.2022 Sorry to be another fitness account sharing workouts during isolation but I had to share this spicy little push up challenge I did to end today’s workout. Start with 5 push ups but count to 5 to slowly lower then push straight back up. Once you’ve done the 5 5 count push ups go straight into 5 1 count push ups. Have a quick rest then repeat the same for 4 4 count push ups then straight into 4 1 count push ups then same again 3,2,1. Repeat for a second or third time if you can!
14.01.2022 I’ve got to admit I was pretty devastated when I found out I’d have to have another tummy surgery only a year since my c section. I was so frustrated as I was finally feeling strong, fit and in a consistent routine again. I spent a few days feeling pretty down before I snapped out of it and remembered I did it once I can do it again. Back to the basics I can do this I know what to do just one day at a time. Today we did a 3.5km walk it’s only up from here definitely excited to be back in the gym this week not sure how that first 5:30am wake up is going to feel though
12.01.2022 We had a little helper for tonight’s session
09.01.2022 It’s been a pretty hectic month for us. Getting my appendix out, Indi now running at bolt pace and picking up an extra shift at my part time job by the end of the day I am zombie mum and running on empty! I’ve had to come to the difficult decision to not have any more night group sessions so I can take care of mine and my families health. I hate feeling like I’m letting my girls down but I also need to put my focus onto myself for the time being. I’m lucky I can still continue my Monday, Thursday and Friday morning sessions as well as my 1-1 sessions to train all my beautiful girls!
08.01.2022 It’s okay to let yourself be a beginner. It’s okay to want more from your life. There’s never the right or perfect time to start to implement healthier lifestyle habits. You don’t have to wait until the doctor tells you about possible health problems, you don’t have to wait for next Monday, next month or for when you have more time and money. You’ll never regret starting today. You don’t have to join an expensive gym you can go for a walk or there is literally so many free wo...rkouts online, cut the junk doesn’t have to be all at once but set yourself a goal to ditch the regular soft drink, 3pm chocolate hit and aim to eat more veggies, fruit and drink more water. It’s then okay to be proud of your progress no matter how small that progress is it’s still progress. I’m stoked that 12 months since Indi I can finally bust out a few hanging knee tucks. It’s not many and they aren’t perfect but this is my progress and I’m really proud. So share with me some progress you’ve made recently and we can celebrate together! See more
07.01.2022 Back to our happy place
05.01.2022 I’m not usually the chef in our house but I didn’t do too bad whipping up this dinnerly meal. Thai pork meatball lettuce cups
03.01.2022 30 minutes of hard work is all you need! Here’s Abbie finishing off a nice strength workout with some cardio burpees to get her heart rate up! Don’t forget to get your 30 minutes in today
02.01.2022 I am also this upset that tomorrow is Monday but definitely ready for some cooler weather and back into routine after a hectic week for this little ones birthday! Who else is can’t believe we are already heading into the first week of Feb?! 2020 is going wayyyy to fast!
01.01.2022 We are absolutely gutted to have to make the decision to postpone all sessions due to the NSW advice that’s been released and as much as it sucks to not see my beautiful clients faces every morning I have to put the health and safety of my clients and my family first. Hopefully this chaos is all over soon and we can all go back to being as happy as Indi is using her dumbbells stay safe everyone x
