18.01.2022 BEFORE & BETTER! The first selfie flashed up on my memories this week, from 3 years ago, and the PT in me couldn’t help but put it beside a recent one. It’s not until I took a moment out of my day to really look at these photos side by side, until I realised how much I have grown and changed in the last few years, both physically and mentally. I have developed a strong passion for health and fitness and now rarely go more than a day without turning up to the gym to train. I... have learnt more than I could have ever imagined over the last 4 years in the industry and have been lucky enough to work within a variety of different gyms and studios. I’ve spend the most part of the last few years in the gym either working on myself, running group classes or training and programming for my clients, and have loved every minute! Hard work and determination paired with a good training program and healthy eating really does pay off. Trust the process.
