It was a little harder then usual getting our bands restocked with lots of delays and massive changes to the logistics and to top it off we threw in a warehouse move as well! 06.01.2022 It’s finally Friday!! What a week it has been!! I for one am ready for a virtual cheese and wine with friends tonight ... It may be a crazy time in the world but some positives I have noticed this week are: 1. Way more people are exercising! It makes me really happy to see people really putting their health and fitness first to help with both their physical & mental state!! 2. We are all connecting so much more! I feel like I have had more phone call catch ups with friends and family this week then all year so far! It’s really nice to see everyone supporting each other 3. Time feels so much slower, which I actually don’t mind! It feels so nice to stop and breathe for a minute and reassess what makes us happy and where we want to be when this is all over. I have personally been enjoying having more time to think and appreciate what I have in life With so much negativity going on in the world at the moment let’s try and think of the good things that are coming out of these major changes in our lives.
