23.01.2022 A cool colab with the @albumaustralia team for @asher_pacey new sled. The Album crew wanted to keep the board lively under Asher’s feet, adding tensile strength whilst not overly damping the flex. The end result was using SX cloth for the full laminate due to its high strength properties and its ability to absorb force and redistribute through flex. Basalt for its rigidity over carbon, due to the fact Basalt is less stiffer than Carbon and the strength is coming from the SX... cloth. The board was shaped out of our Fused 35kg eps blank as the core of the board is critical it performance lifespan. Talented work by @board_science. We will keep you post of what Asher thought of this stringerless little construction.
