19.01.2022 Paulo Aukoso the worlds fastest 81kg boxer and soon to be Australia’s first ever Olympic gold medalist has had to sit out the state titles this year round with an ankle injury. He’s been preparing well and got himself to New levels of strength and conditioning and constantly improving, let’s say the other Qld boys in the 81kgs are very lucky he not there, Paulo would have wiped the competition this year.

14.01.2022 Xavier in his 11th fight v Dylan bigs former Aussie U19s champ. Thought Xavier boxed well but the slow start cost him. Brought it home strong but Dylan did enough in the earlier rounds to win.

Straight to the final on Sunday is feeling confident and been sparring adult pros in his division and holding his own is looking sharp and strong! 04.01.2022 Young gun @sianfarrelll adds another state title to her name in the U17s 63kg female div. Sian is set to rep SQ with NQ in two weeks time. Sian brings explosiveness to the female boxing something you don’t normally see! Definitely one to look out for and always beating up the boys in the gym!

03.01.2022 @austinaokuso will be adding another state championship for the 91kg Division to his name. Unfortunately his opponent pulled out of the final. Austin has won an Australian title and represented Australia at the world champs in Russia, he will be looking for his 2nd chance at Olympic selection early next year! Super talented and always improving he’s one to look out for with slick defence and excellent punch selection.
