20.01.2022 I wish I new how important Deadlifts were when I was a teenager. If you're starting out doing pull ups, push ups & curls, also add in Deadlifts into your program & thank me later. Side note... @ted.davies_ has been learning the correct form for a while now. Learn the correct positioning of your back and how to activate your hamstrings and glutes

18.01.2022 Xavier has good awareness when the cues are there. Most times teenagers and other people position themselves too far back. The cues should be; shoulders in front of finger tips, squeeze your butt, and try not to flare your elbows out. Starting off in this position is hard but eventually your body will thank you for it.

13.01.2022 For the past 42 hours I have encountered a brutally draining and most important the discovery of myself. I travelled up to Cronulla to meet @scottevennett to find out what it's like to be mentally and physically strong. I discovered a lot about myself this weekend and I'm greatly appreciative of Scott and his expert team. I totally recommend his Immersion course if you want to honestly test yourself & see who you really are when the chips are down! I truely thought when I was commando crawling 200m along the beach with a 18kg torsion bar how much I do want to push myself. Of course I wanted to give up but the need to succeed got me over the line! I LOVE THIS SHIT!

Train x3 a week, intermittent fasting (works for him) and do small amounts of training at home.
