23.01.2022 Hi all, message of the day. Today someone fell over while climbing to the monastery and he was a little older than I am. It is a wet day so may have nothing to do with age just a slippery rock. But it reminds me to do what you can when you can... my message of the last few years with my husband passing at the early age of 56 some 2.5 years ago. How time goes. We say we will do it one day and then before we know time has passed. If fear is getting in your way come see me when I return in November - but as I say feel the fear and do it anyway. No I am not the first to say this. Move through the fear and don’t miss out on living life. Blessings to all... climb the stairs to your future happiness.

19.01.2022 It’s been a while since I have posted. Hope all is well for everyone. I have moved to the Gold Coast and it took months but it reminds me that when we make change it is one step at a time. Also sometimes we just need to focus on the change. So the home is sold and I have purchased a unit on the Gold Coast. Still working happily with clients from all over Australia and the world when requested. How great is technology. Working with clients via Facebook, WhatsApp and Skype any ...other me media’s. Change is inevitable so working with the change is important. I am now on a well deserved holiday in the Mediterranean for a month. So will try and keep a little connection while I am away. Message for the day do what you can when you can - for who knows what the universe will bring you. Enjoy each and every day. I plan to.... Be your own Acropolis (highest point) with the help of your higher power. See more

11.01.2022 Hi all, I am wondering how you are all managing this time of isolation and thought I would share how I have been making the time fun and enjoyable while still getting some chores done and thought you might like to add some of your ideas. I created two envelopes and marked one as shorter (less than 15 mins) activities and the other as longer activities. Placed many activities both fun and things that need to be done and each day I draw one from each of the envelopes. I have been having fun and got jobs done as well crafts etc that I have thought about doing for years.... Share you ideas below. Sharan

09.01.2022 Today I am in Croatia (so blessed) at a swimming spot. Too cold for me to get in, yet a beautiful day. So thought I would write a post - reminder to all. I just read something I had written in a notebook re Self Kindness - we say things to ourselves that we couldn’t say to people we don’t like. What is common to us all is we are imperfect. These pictures today remind me that calmness for self is good (just like the sea) and don’t put yourself in knots....Love of self today.

02.01.2022 MINDFULNESS AND GROUNDING YOURSELF I thought this was worth sharing.... I have had a few clients being so busy or being extremely anxious or stressed due to the fact they can’t keep busy while this event is taking place so it reminded me to just put it out there and remind people that sometimes we need to ground ourselves.... Hit the pause button for a few minutes: * Touch is an important way to bring ourselves into the present. Sit down and rub your hands into your legs and notice the sensations and try to describe it to yourself. * Take your shoes off and wiggle your feet in soft grass, warm sand or cool water. Close you eyes and focus on how your feet feel in this water, sand etc. * Take a slow walk through the park or bush and just really look. * sit or lie down with your eyes closed and breath deeply and notice where there are any stuck places and try to continue breathing deeply for 10 minutes and keep practising to get right down to the pit of your stomach and relax. * carry a special object such as a stone, ring or crystal and hold it and bring your awareness to the object and come into mindfulness of the here and now. * go outside and stand in the rain and put your face to it and close your eyes. Notice how in the moment this is. Or do so in the shower. These are just a few acts of grounding yourself or mindfulness. Practise something daily.
