The staff will help you plan for the things you need help with and help you do things that you like to do in the community. The staff know that sometimes you will like to change the things you do and will help you do that. The staff can help you with lots of things. They can help you to enjoy things you like to do and they can help you to learn new things. The staff may ask you fo...r information about yourself but only what they need to know to help you get the things you need or want. The staff will always: talk to you openly and honestly when you need to know things. treat you with courtesy and respect. consult you on decisions about how supports are provided to you help you to make a complaint if you are not happy about the organisation. keep the things we know about you private. give you at least one full day’s notice if we have to cancel a meeting with you. give the notice period you agreed to if we are no longer able to help you. . . . . . . : - . - - - . - . - -
