03.01.2022 This Week has been EXTREMELY hard for me.. I have had to slow down as my body is needing to heal. The hardest part of a journey is to Listen to your body.. Know it knows when it needs to heal. Learn & Grow. Become stronger not just in Body but in Mind as well. ... This week I have not been able to share my passion of Dance.. I have not been able to teach a class.. My body has been unwell and must heal itself. As much as EVERY txt and phone call this week has literally broken my heart (Literally crying and txting) - Ask my hubby!! I Will Be Back... Next Week ZUMBA CLASS will be back!! Body Mind and Soul healing... THANKYOU EVERYONE for your kind words.. It means so much.. I am truly blessed. Have a wonderful weekend!! Lots Of Love My Zumba Family.. See You All Next Week in Class!!
