19.01.2022 Our school competition is back for Term 3 2020. Share images or a video of how you save water at your school to win SWEP membership. This will allow you to closely monitor water usage and promptly respond to leakages or broken appliances - saving water and money. 17.01.2022 This tub helps save water - it fits perfectly into the kitchen sink and means we can collect water from cooking and rinsing vegetables and fruit. We make sure we empty it before it gets too full (otherwise there's water drips to wipe up) . The water is used on our garden - particularly useful on fruit trees and vegetable gardens in warmer months. It means we can use our hose less. It has also made us more aware of how much water we use - often we collect 2 tubs of water a day (or about 20L).

15.01.2022 Have you seen our new water cycle yoga video? It was made in Bendigo and features a kids yoga teacher from Boort. Scientific explanations paired with yoga poses and a guided relaxation.

14.01.2022 Our Corporate Education Officer participated in Sustainability Victoria’s online learning series. This was a great way to partner with another organisation to ...continue water education in schools while schools are closed to visitors. The session for students in Grades 1 4 is an introduction to the processes of the water cycle and how humans use water. Students learn about how we can manage and protect water resources with some demonstrations and activities. http://ow.ly/up0v50Aq4yo See more

11.01.2022 3 weeks until entries close! How do you save water in the house and garden? Do you collect lightly used greywater for reuse on plants and gardens? Or perhaps you use tank water? Let's get people talking about our water use and inspire more water savings. Competition details in the pinned post. Plus, do you have a preschooler at your house? They may be interested in being a water hero with one of our capes. Details in the first comment.
